Fly posting?

Do you think that this scene defeats all the hard work that the Norfolk Square residents Association has put in?

If this practice is allowed on one "kiosk"  wall, then it will soon be acceptable (anti social) practice to plaster every available wall with posters advertising anything.

This is already apparent in the fly posting on empty shops.

What are your comments on this?
