It would be nice to know why Brighton and Hove Council does:
 

• not use CCTV to enforce parking on main roads and outside schools.  I understand that there may be a difference in enforcing 'instant' offences (such as zig zags) and 'five minute' offences (such as double yellow lines)?
• not allow parking fines to be sent in the post if drivers drive away?

In a run up to the A Board day of action, we are enclosing some of the pictures that are either to big, to numerous or just without licences.  For a copy of the 2010 licence conditions, please see below

It seems that there is a new influx of A Boards advertising cheap alcohol

We understood this was not allowed, especially in the Regency area.

Further to my investigations from the planning perspective, I am satisfied that there has not been a change in the use of the premises and I will therefore be closing my file in this matter.
