Yellow pages and nhw

As part of our continuing policy to minimise the risk of burglaries being caused by Yellow Pages/Telephone Directories being left on doorsteps, we write to give you details of our forthcoming distribution.

We will, as usual, be instructing all our delivery agents not to leave directories on view from the street. However, it is unavoidable that some books will be left outside, and we are hoping to enlist the support of neighbours wherever possible.

monthly Neighbourhood watch message

Dear all,

I thought I would send out a monthly Neighbourhood watch message from Police Headquarters to keep you all informed and ask that you pass on the details to those who do not have the internet.

The Police across the county were involved in the national campaign of Not in my Neighbourhood week between the 2-6 November.
A whole range of local initiatives were undertaken from street meetings to crime patrols and I would like to thank all those Neighbourhood Watch members who got involved.
