I am writing to community groups in the City to offer to attend your community meeting and to answer questions on the subject on the council’s strategic city-wide parking review which was announced by the Cabinet Member for Environment last month. The review will take a year to complete, with an update given to the Cabinet Member after six months.

The Licensing Team are running a consultation about the way applications for licenses to sell alcohol are considered by Brighton & Hove City Council.
As part of this they are considering extending the Cumulative Impact Area and the Special Stress Area and are looking at developing a matrix approach for considering applications.

Brunswick town is again entering the britain in bloom national competition organised by south and south east in bloom. Our entry will be judged on 7th july 2011 and all the residents, businesses, organisations, resident associations and city clean and parks are working hard to achieve top marks.
