Last year Brunswick Town entered the South and South-East In Bloom Competition and came away with a very commendable Silver Gilt Award. But after organisers attended the first “City In Bloom” meeting with the council and other neighbourhood groups last month, they announced that despite financial cutbacks they will be seeking a Gold Award in this year’s competition.
