Our Highways Enforcement Officer Hamish McKenzie has now visited all but two premises you reported. Actions are as follows:

A-board moved onto private land

HEC 1108 - McDonalds

HEC 1120 - Three to Four

A-board is licensed

HEC 1110 – Global Computers

HEC 1111 – Da Pa Forex

HEC 1112 – Shenyang

HEC 1117 – La Fourchette

HEC 1118 – Sahara

A-board licence application form issued

HEC 1106 – Casba

HEC 1109 – Millets

HEC 1113 – Natwest

HEC 1119 – Brighton Internet

HEC 1121 – Taj Supermarket

HEC 1122 (new) – Brothers Retail

HEC 1123 (new) – Mail Box

They have been advised their A-board must be licensed by April 1 or they will be removed – only 1 A-board each is permitted.

To visit next week

HEC 1107 – La Palma Café (were closed on initial visit)

HEC 1114 – CFC Loans

We have also spoken to each business re positioning of their A-board so as not to be obstructive to pedestrians on the public highway.
