B&R Nag Proposed constitution Download

Description:

Attached is the constitution draft I circulated, with the 'statutory' added to
description of eligible groups which I had omitted. 

My idea was that when the new constitution is fully adopted, the initial member
organizations should be any group that has ever been minuted as attending a NAG meeting.

Lastly for now, I do think we need to identify a Chair Secretary and Treasurer,
so that the Secretary is identified as a member of the local community John
