Fill in the Data Link form with a ball point pen. Each member of the
house will have to fill in a form. Photocopy the original if necessary.
Each form must have a passport photograph so you can be recognised.
Fold the form lengthways in half and then in half again (concertina
style). Turn and continue to fold concertina style and place in the
container. A maximum of four sheets will fit into a Data Link bottle.
Place the Data Link bottle into a fridge door compartment so it can be
easily found by the emergency services. Placing the bottle in the fridge
will also prevent it from being damaged in a fire.
Place the Data Link sticker onto the fridge door so the emergency
services know you are a member. You will also need to stick a label to
the inside of the front door so it is clearly visible. This means
it is not visible from the outside.
