I have been asked by the Director of Public Health to explore the
possibility of piloting a free bike service for the city similar to the one
in Paris.

Does anyone have anything they can send me regarding schemes of this kind:
  a.. Evaluation reports
  b.. Feasability reports
  c.. General info
d.. Knowledge of any similar work carried out previously in the City
e.. Any known businesses/contacts who might be interested in bidding to
provide such a scheme
Many thanks
David
