Robin Hood's sixth birthday that is
appaoaching. I really should have let you known much earlier but I've been very
busy organising away. As you know The Robin Hood gives all it's profits away to
local charities, and has been doing so for nearly six years. To celebrate that
over £60,000 being donated in the past we are holding a street party on Sunday
30th May. There will be live music, barbecue and fun activities for all. I do
hope yourself and any members of ebra will come along and support. It is
runnning from 12-9pm on Norfolk Place, then we'll carry on partying inside the
pub. Let's just hope for sun.

Several members of community groups crossing Brunsweick & regency met with council officers who did a walk through and found "most" obstructions now acceptable.
There were a few cases though where shop owners had to be "informed" of the conditions allowing items places to be placed on the highway.
Our officer
has finished his investigations into the 5 remaining premises you reported as
having obstructing A-boards. Here are their

I’m sorry for the delay in updating you on this issue but there are several sites still being investigated and actions on-going at this time. I walked the length of Western Road (Brighton and Hove ) last Thursday and Friday following up previous visits and there are still several shops that are in the process of sending in new applications for an A-Board licence which are being dealt with as they come in.
