Dear all

In December the Police requested a review of Oxygen's license. The review
will be held before a licensing panel made up of three councillors.

This review is scheduled for 10am, 19th February 2009 at Committee Room 3 in
Brighton Town Hall. All are welcome to attend, I aim to do so.

I don't know if formally speaking residents views are solicited but it
wouldn't hurt to submit your views on Oxygen to the licensing team at
