Bradshaws Bar have very kindly agreed to host a meeting for residents on Monday 18th at 7pm. I think that the following things might usefully be considerd at the meeting:

Community safety and options survey: I will have the results from the survey undertaken in December to share with residents
Residents log: some residents have sent me information/testimony re antisocial behaviour/criminal activities on Farman Street - as noted previously, the lack of documented evidence is a weakness of this approach, so any more diary sheets or commentary much appreciated - emailed to me before the meeting if possible, but broaught along on monday if this can't be done.
Prefered scheme: It would be good to leave the Monday meeting with a clear idea of the gating scheme which is the prefered option of most residents which I can then progress to a draft order if appropriate.

As mentioned, a scheme can only be granted an order if it is seen as feasable in all respects and forms a useful measure to reduce crime and antisocial behaviour. This case has not yet been fully made and evidenced and the council cannot give any guarantee that an eventual gate will follow this process, and exploring this fully - set against a prefered scheme - is the next task to be undertaken, and your assistance in developing this work is much appreciated.

I look forward to seeing you at Bradshaws Bar - 7pm on January 18th. If you were able to circulate this invitation to any residents not on the circulation list who you think might be interested in attending, I would be most gratefull

Yours
