Not quite, but it could be. Judging from the LAT map, there is a recognised LAT in the Old Town (with about 4 groups within it), a LAT up to Western Street (with around 6 groups), a LAT on the seafront prom'.

That leaves a very large central area not really covered by a LAT.
Should B&R NAG conecntrate on the central area from Waterloo street to North Street, Seafront to Upper North street?
We already act as a bridge for several groups and Neigbourhood watch within the area and are currently looking into passing 'criminal' activities within the B&R area NW groups.
